Speaker

Deo-Gracias HOUNDOLO is a Senior Expert in Evaluation and Public Policy Analysis. For the past twelve years, he has been working on issues relating to the production, accessibility and use of evidence in the formulation and management of development interventions and humanitarian causes in Africa. He works at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) where he coordinates the West African Capacity Building and Impact Evaluation (WACIE) Programme. He is also a founding member of the Institut Africain de Suivi et Évaluation d'Impact des Politiques, Programmes et Projets de Développement, known as Le Baromètre.


Moderator

Greta Balliu is a doctor of economics specialising in sustainable development, renowned for her expertise in evaluation methods and her commitment to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She is currently a professor at Fribourg Business School. Greta has devoted her career to exploring the ways in which companies and public institutions can make a significant contribution to sustainable development. Her research focuses in particular on the impact of the SDGs on organisational policies and practices, as well as on evaluation methods for measuring progress towards these ambitious goals.
