Annual Camp for Emerging Francophone Evaluators is an intensive six-day training course designed to strengthen the skills and knowledge of French-speaking evaluators. Three training classes have been selected for this 3rd edition: Class 1: Fundamentals of public policy formulation, analysis and evaluation Class 2: Introduction to Impact Evaluation Methods: Theory and Application. Class 3: Fundamentals in experimental economic, a laboratory application in the field.
This course is particularly aimed at actors, professionals and young professionals involved in project design, the planning chain, project management and the monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes. It is also open to anyone interested in public policy analysis. Its main objective is to strengthen participants' technical skills in the use of data, both qualitative and quantitative, in the context of Development Economics. Participants will be required to understand and apply methodologies for collecting, storing, managing and archiving data. The course will focus on the use of digital solutions that comply with international norms and standards, to ensure effective data collection and management.
